I work with individuals and families of all ages. My passion is to help others who are suffering, struggling, or just feeling stuck in a negative place. I look at the whole person and assess physical, emotional, relational and spiritual dimensions while supporting your movement toward health, integration, and an improved quality of life and relationships. I primarily use brain-based therapies and view early attachments as foundational in our patterns of relationship later in life.
I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling in active addiction and transitioning into early recovery. I believe that addiction usually begins as an attempted solution to a painful problem – perhaps chronic stress, unresolved grief, or childhood trauma. I am fanatically hopeful that recovery is achievable and sustainable.
